This isn’t your typical “rags to riches” story—no dramatic transformation or million-dollar breakthroughs. The truth? I’ve battled with mental health challenges- depression and anxiety, and creating this entrepreneurial life has been a way to reclaim my own peace and balance. Add to that my struggle with noisy office environments, and building a business from home felt like the only way forward.

I’m just a regular woman in my late forties—an introvert, undiagnosed ADHD (still waiting to be assessed!), ISTJ, Enneagram 6, homebody, and unapologetic course junkie. (Seriously, my Notion dashboard is bursting with courses I’ve bought.)
